Brijesh Singh
Founder & CEO
Throughout his illustrious career, Brijesh Singh has made a significant impact in various domains, gaining multifaceted exposure and becoming a respected name in the industry. With his deep expertise, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the product policies of several banks and non-banking financial companies (NBFCs).
Brijesh has also worked in various other domains, such as merchant banking, corporate finance, IPO and primary market listings, and loan products – with companies like Pioneer Finanacial, Global Capital Markets, Mefcons I Ltd, and Prudential Capital.
Being a serial entrepreneur himself (starting his first venture in 1999), his insights have guided numerous investors and entrepreneurs on their financial journeys.
It was Brijesh who introduced the innovative concept of Builder Subvention Plans, wherein homebuyers enjoy the benefit of no EMIs until possession. This brainchild of his revolutionized the real estate market when first introduced by Jaypee in 2008. He also played a vital role in designing liquid income programs for banks that offer discreet funding solutions for individuals with substantial cash assets but no (or not enough) paper trails for their transactions.
